What the waitlist collects

When you join the waitlist, the form sends:

• Your email address, so we can invite you.
• Who you are: creator, agency, brand or other, and the audience size or number of creators you manage if you chose to tell us.
• How you found us: the page you signed up on, campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source) and the website that sent you, if your browser shares it.
• The date and time you joined.

Why we store it

We use your details to invite you to Klebz, to tell you when it launches, and to understand which kinds of creators and agencies are interested. A hidden form field and our form provider's spam filter keep automated sign-ups out. We'll only email you about Klebz access.

What we don't do

• No tracking cookies, no analytics scripts and no advertising pixels on this site.
• We don't sell or rent your details, and we don't share them with brands.
• If you arrived from a link with campaign tags, the page keeps those tags in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so they can be sent along with the form. Nothing is stored in cookies.

Where it's kept

Cloudflare hosts the pages. The waitlist form is handled by InboxPanda, a form service that receives each sign-up, checks it for spam (it uses an AI model to sort and summarize submissions) and emails it to the Klebz team. As our form provider, InboxPanda also processes the technical details any web request carries, such as your IP address. Only the Klebz team gets the sign-ups.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist entry until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it for the waitlist and the launch of Klebz.

Your choices

To be removed from the waitlist, or to get a copy of what we hold about you, email hello@klebz.io from the address you signed up with. Every email we send about Klebz will also include a way to unsubscribe.

Changes

If we change what we collect, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
